This website contains the e-shop of the company “PASSA AUGOUSTINA,” under the trade name “AQUAPUREST WATER SYSTEMS” (VAT 044039600, Reg. No. 058964204000), hereinafter referred to as “AQUAPUREST.” The company is headquartered at 34 Georgiou Papandreou Street, Thessaloniki, Greece. AQUAPUREST provides customers with information about its products and facilitates online purchases, subject to stock availability, with the aim of delivering the best possible service.
Terms and Conditions of Sale
Any user who enters and uses the services of this e-shop is considered to have agreed to and unconditionally accepted the terms outlined here. If a user disagrees with these terms, they must refrain from using the e-shop and engaging in any transactions. Submitting an order signifies acceptance of this Agreement and all of its terms.
Product Orders and Consumer Protection
Placing an order through the e-shop constitutes the formation of a remote sales contract governed by the legal framework (Ministerial Decision Z1-891, Government Gazette 2144 / 30.8.2014, implementing EU Directive 2011/83/EU).
The ability to place a valid order through the e-shop exists as long as the provisions of Greek law concerning legal capacity are met, for both individuals and legal entities. Thus, representatives of legal entities may also place orders. AQUAPUREST reserves the right to demand payment from the legally responsible persons for orders placed by individuals lacking legal capacity.
Orders / Contract Formation
The customer/user must be a registered member of the AQUAPUREST website, having already provided the necessary details for identification [full name, email address, contact phone number, Username, and Personal Secret Security Code (Password)].
Orders are placed online by completing and submitting the relevant Order Form available on the aquapurest.com website. Orders are binding only when they have been accepted by AQUAPUREST, as confirmed by a status update and Order Confirmation. This confirmation is recorded in AQUAPUREST’s systems, displayed on the user’s screen, and sent via email following order submission.
Retail prices listed on the website include the applicable VAT but exclude shipping and installation costs. Special product offers are valid while supplies last or until the expiration of their promotional period.
Order Confirmation
Before finalizing your order, please ensure that all required information has been accurately provided. Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email detailing all aspects of your order. Please make note of your order number in case you need to contact us. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of the details in the Order Confirmation and must notify AQUAPUREST in writing (no later than 2 hours after receiving the electronic Order Confirmation) of any errors. Otherwise, the information included in the Order Confirmation will apply to the contract as is.
Order Modification
Orders that have already been processed in AQUAPUREST’s system cannot be modified. You can cancel the order and create a new one without additional cost within two (2) hours of placing the original order, either by phone or email. If one or more products are unavailable, you may request a partial shipment.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order via email at info@aquapurest.com. Depending on the stage of your order, we will inform you of your options. If the products have already been handed over to the shipping carrier, you are required to cover the shipping costs (both to and from the customer).
Consumer Rights and Right of Withdrawal
From the day you receive your order, you have the right to withdraw within 14 calendar days. This means you have the right to return the products, and upon receipt, we will refund the amount paid for the purchase within 14 days to a bank account of your choice (excluding cash on delivery and shipping costs). Custom-made professional products and opened filter replacement packages cannot be returned.
