Refund and Return Policy

Consumer Rights – Right of Withdrawal

From the day you receive your order and for an additional 14 calendar days, you have the right to withdraw. This means you have the right to return the products to us.

Upon receiving the products, we will refund the amount you paid for the purchase within 14 days to a bank account you provide (excluding shipping fees). Additionally, custom-made professional products and opened sealed filter replacement packages are non-returnable.

Please note that, to proceed with a return, the product must be in excellent condition, unused, and intact in its original packaging. In any case of a return, please contact us first via email or by phone at +30 2392061743 or +30 2315114542.

Returns of Defective Products are accepted if the following conditions are met:

  • You have contacted AQUAPUREST’s central offices on the same day or the next business day, providing the purchase date/invoice number and the reason for the return.
  • The products are in the same condition as when you received them, meaning they have not been unsealed or their packaging has not been tampered with.
  • The product is accompanied by a photocopy of the retail receipt or a shipping note if it concerns an invoice.
  • The product is accompanied by a note from you with the reason for the return, as well as a description of any other product features of equal value with which you wish it to be replaced (e.g., different color, size, etc.).
  • You also have the option to request a credit for the value of the returned product, which you can use within six months from the issuance of the return invoice.
  • You have received written return approval from AQUAPUREST via email.

To avoid inconvenience, we recommend that you carefully check the condition of the products and the integrity of their packaging at the time of delivery to identify any visible defects (e.g., broken goods, etc.).

If you notice a defect, you must contact our offices immediately after delivery, on the same day or the next business day, either by phone at +30 2315114542, 2392061743, or by email at: info@aquapurest.com.

All parcels sent by AQUAPUREST are checked before dispatch and sealed accordingly. In case you find an error, please express your reservations in writing via email, attaching a photo of the product in the condition you received it, and contact the central offices within 24 hours of delivery.

If you encounter any issues with the order contents or a malfunction of the goods is found, the company will cover the return shipping costs if the goods are returned within 5 business days of receipt.

If a product has a manufacturing defect, you can return it at AQUAPUREST’s expense.

Returns from abroad will be made via standard postal service, and shipping costs paid will be refunded to you upon receipt of the product.

The defective product will be repaired or replaced and returned to you again at AQUAPUREST’s expense.

In case of non-replacement, you may choose another product of equal value.

For a return to be accepted for repair/replacement, the damage must not be due to misuse of the product. If it is determined that the damage is due to customer misuse, the product will be returned to the customer in the condition it was received, with the shipping costs in this case borne by the customer.
