Technologies
The epitome of Everpure Ultra Claris technology stands out thanks to a manufacturing innovation that features 2 areas:
- Softening Sector: The softening sector undertakes to reduce the carbonate hardness which is regulated by the appropriate setting on the Duo Blend technology filter head.
- Isolation Sector: The second isolation sector undertakes partial hydrogen isolation by stabilizing the mineral salt content using anion scavengers. This unique technology results in a balanced alkalinity, a neutral pH and a correct amount of minerals in the water which helps bring out the aroma and intensity of the coffee. At the same time, it protects the equipment from scale formation.
The Claris Head Gen 2 3/8″ with DUOBLEND technology has 7 different settings (from 0 to 6). It provides the owner with the possibility of setting the desired carbonate hardness depending on the use of the filter (espresso machines, ice machines, etc.) and the hardness value of the area to be installed.
- Stage 1: Solid particle filter (soil, sand, rust and other portable materials)
- Stage 2: Softening and Isolation. Reduction of carbonate hardness, alkalinity and heavy metals
- Stage 3: High-performance Coconut Shell Carbon Activated Carbon for the removal of chlorine, removal of volatile organic compounds and other contaminant factors of drinking water.
- Stage 4: Stabilizes the trace metal elements of Calcium (Ca2+) and Magnesium (Mg2+)
- Stage 5: Compact activated carbon 5 micron to reduce organic compounds.
